Leverage RFID technology, Readers can easy borrow and return the books via self-service Kiosk inside library without any assistance. Even outside the library, there is self-service station provides an extra channel for readers such as working professionals to borrow books outside normal working hours. Readers can also pick up books they have requested from public libraries.

HK Smart retail solution offers facial recognitions or card access control entrance and exit gate, self-serve kiosks, interactive payment touch screen and stock take robot. Self-checkout kiosks allows shoppers to quickly scan, pay for and bag their items without having to wait in long lines. Stock take robot also allow store associates, who would have previously been responsible for operating a cash register or a stock taker to assist with customer service. Smart access control can also help redirect labor away from menial tasks in store (like keys cutting) to high-value tasks such as assisting customers.

HKC awarded the tender for the RFID Anti-wandering system, tablet computers & vital health monitoring devices as well as developing a new Smart Management System for 11 nos. of Residential Care Homes for the Elderly and Rehabilitation of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited.

In order to provide holistic care and safety services to the elder and disabled residents, HKC provided sophisticated “iNursing” health care system on a single integrated platform. The System is designed to be resilient, fault-tolerant and easy to maintain. Its innovative user-centric features deliver a high level of service to the care center and elderly home. Key features include fundamental nurse call system, central notification, intercom call function, mobile applications, and report generation. In addition, the system has its numerous vital and safety detection system modules; including wireless seat pad & bed pad fall detection module, RFID Anti-Wandering module, and health-data collection module. This reliable system will be continued to enhance and to improve operational efficiencies to support caregivers in providing premium services to the residents in the service units.

The No. 2 Middle School of Suixi, Anhui Province, was founded in 1976. The building area of the new campus is about 138,400 square meters; the school has a main library, digital library, student reading room and a teacher reading room.

In June 2020, our LIBRA RFID intelligent library management system was introduced to this college, the intelligent management system was adapted by its library and the system greatly improved the efficiency of librarian routine workload and readers' self-borrowing and return process

Xuchang Vocational and Technical College is located in Xuchang. Its new campus covers an area of 1,004 mu, with a construction area of 389,973 square meters. The library has 1,399,700 paper books, 800,000 digital books, 449 newspapers and periodicals, 5 electronic resource databases, 9,769 Chinese and foreign electronic periodicals, and 2,600 reading room seats.

In 2020, HKC Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. introduced our LIBRA RFID intelligent library management system to the college targeted to improve the library operation and makes circulation management more efficient and their students can experience the efficiency of self-borrowing and return process
