HKC Technology Shanghai Co. Ltd held a LIBRA product training seminar in Guangzhou branch on 18th May to 20th May 2018.

Our training uses open discussion and on-site technology demonstration to introduce our new products and coming sales plan, we also had showcased our newly developed LIBRA robot.

LIBRA robot is designed to be used in schools or public libraries, an attractive moving machinery to automatically locate bookshelves and deck, perform accurate books scanning which greatly enhance the readers' experience in library and significantly reduce the librarians’ heavy work load.

We are looking forward to the successful launch of LIBRA robot which will have a significant contribution to the milestone of intelligent development for modern libraries

Singapore Communications Co Pte.Ltd. awarded the design and installation of the RFID library system for Housing & Development board which we have partnership with Civica’s LMS system.

HF gate, staff station and 30,000 HF tags with tagging services was proposed for this project.

The objective is to revamp their current environment which they are still using barcode and EM technology.

With the adoption to HF technology, the librarians are able to automate their typical library procedures such as patron self -kiosk and the using of stocktake device in the future which will be able to increase the efficiency of the process flow.

The company will continue to encourage and promote environmental awareness and reduce waste, such as encouraging colleagues to use less straw during meals, use recycling paper for printing and reduce the use of excessive wipes etc.

SingComm has completed the stocktake exercise at NLB Library Supply Centre (LSC).

We have to provide the manpower, equipment and to cater for all logistical requirements such as pre-stocktake preparation and to perform the stocktake taking into consideration the space limitation, layout and movement constraints of materials handling within LSC.

The target given is to complete the whole stocktake of more than 1.25 million books within 15 days and we managed to complete it earlier within 12 days. The effective management of the entire stocktake operations was executed with a group of more than 50 delicate workers and planning and co-ordination of the project manager.

HKC awarded the supply and Installation contract of IP Surveillance CCTV system for Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Hong Kong) Limited first Data Center in Hong Kong, the data center is located on 14/F, iTech Tower II, Kwai Chung.
