HKC awarded the supply and installation contract of the Aiphone Video Intercom and Access Control system from Synergy Project Management Limited for the Youth accommodation in 10 Dundas street Mong Kok. HKC awarded the design and build contract for the IP surveillance system of VTC-THEi( Chai Wan ) , which is one of the leading Technological and Higher Education Institute providers in Hong Kong. HKC has worked closely with VTC-THEi to design and install the campus IP network. A number of vandal-proof high definitions IP cameras have been installed. SingComm has won the award for the CCTV system at Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore. This CCTV system is for their newly renovated Ballroom. There are 10 cameras, consisting of 4 Bosch PTZ cameras and 6 Axis cameras altogether. We will provide the labour and materials to install the cameras including setup and configuration for the recording server and storage server. The whole project is completed within two weeks.

China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co Ltd (CR5) has awarded the 2nd phase of the Personnel Tracking System (PTS) along the Thomson MRT line to SingComm. We have successfully commissioned the PTS in the 1st phase with seven gantries and CR5 is adding two gantries in this phase. This PTS is a RFID technology based tracking system to track personnel accessing to deep excavation confined spaces to monitor their safety and health condition.

The personnel entering the confined space will have a RFID tag attached to their safety helmet upon completion of the site safety induction briefing. As the personnel passes through the RFID gantry, the system will record and time stamps the personnel’s time of entry and exit. This information is then transmitted to the web-based PTS application software where the dashboard will display the real-time information of the location of those working in the confined space.
