The awarded solution named "HKC Green ICT Solution". The solution is adopted a self-developed PRO300+ system that perceives its environment with the sensor system, monitor energy consumption with the Zigbee Technology and capable to take preset actions by its artificial intelligence that minimize the wastage of electricity thus maximize energy efficiency.

Functions of the Solution include:
- Time Scheduling to set preset actions
- Alert users by SMS for the appropriate action
- Trigger Lighting ON/OFF, air-con ON/OFF and Security Alarm System with Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) or web interface
- Automatically Turn off Lights or activate security alarm by its artificial intelligence
- Monitor energy consumption versus time
