DCRS-9900III NE+
Multisuns are proud of introducing digital solutions,
especially for the digital extension
recording. DCRS-9900III NE+ can tap to digital extension of major PBX
in passive parallel
mode. It doesn¡¦t employ external D/A (digital to analog) adapter. It
employs fully modular
circuit detection PCI board, which starts from 8 channels and is expandable
to 16 or 24
channels, to extract digital voices and D-channel message from PBX extension
line directly.
With the capability of extracting D-channel message, call record start/stop
is based upon off-
hook and on-hook. Thus, one phone call is always stored by one audio
file. With the
capability of capturing further messages, like Caller ID, dial string
and key actions,
DCRS-9900III NE+ is the best choice for the telephone environment that
uses ACD,
IVR and that requires Agent Login, and that supports free seating.
