quarter of 2010, with the strict implementation the
mission of "we treasure every customer "and
continuous efforts of colleagues, HKC Technology (Shanghai)
Co., Ltd. proactively signed the contract of Money Swap
project with total amount to more than RMB500 thousands.
This secret of success in this project once again reflects
the team spirit and strengths of our company.
At the beginning
of sales process, we conducted a detailed investigation.
We understand that the customer is a foreign investment
company, its regional headquarter is located in Hong
Kong. Our competitor is a local company that differentiates
us with a cheaper price and Guanxi. However, our competitive
advantages are the easy access to customer headquarter
in Hong Kong and the dedication in providing comprehensive
range of high quality professional services. Apart from
that, we provided the English proposal and quotation
for the customer to ensure a better understanding of
our offer and services.
Further to the
recognization of our project manager, we had a meeting
with the decision makers of this project and fully present
our company profile. With the effort of expatriate colleague
from engineering department, we gain the trust and support
from the customer and further enhance our relationship.
The customer did not sign the contract with us at the
first time due to the quoted price beyond the range
which they can accept. After further concession, the
deal was concluded.
Finally, with
our efforts and team cooperation, we signed the final
contract with the customer. This indicates a good beginning
and builds the foundation for our cooperation in the
future.
