The success of this project contributes to wise decision from our leaders, closing corporation and hard work of our team. This project gives us enormous challenge, including project inspection, project initiating, team organization and coordination at the beginning, project following, team restructuring, cost accounting and partner coordination during the medium-term, and project management, process closing following, process management on this biding in the latter part. This is our first time to operate such a huge project. It involves many different systems, products, high technical content, management aspects, which we cannot describe with a few words.

For example, in the monitor part of this project, we have overcome some flaws of its own design, proposed optical fiber transmission to replace the traditional analog line transmission, which significantly reduced project cost, and laid a solid foundation for us to win the biding. Another example is the design of Home media & information box in the ELV system. We break the normal practice, through close co-operation with manufacturers, we developed customized solutions according to the investigation on the spot. Besides, the commitment from product manufacturers gave us great confidence, and helps us to get the advantage in the project process. They organized and coordinated all kinds of resources, increased business public relations and project design inputs. And they accurately accounted the cost for every part, which helped to decrease project cost. Completed management mode got our clients' recognition and appreciation, which established a good working platform for us to win the final bidding. In addition, Mr. Ben, our project leader, played a key role in the whole project. He provided perfect proposal, made customer accept our offer finally, which provided basic foundation for our success.
