Interactive House Appliance Remote Control System
Interactive House Appliance Remote Control System enables you to use the Remote Control Pad (or simply login the System using a personal password via some of the above interfaces) to activate the connected home appliances such as lighting on/off and dimming pre-set, air-conditioner on/off and temperature pre-set, these functions can be used in living/dining room and bedrooms of executive units and master bedroom of duplex units.

Home Security and Childcare Monitoring System
Home Security and Childcare Monitoring System add to your peace of mind by enabling you to use the Aiphone video door phone to verify the identity of visitors before you open the main lobby entrance gate remotely. The entrance door and the balcony sliding door of each Executive unit at THE SPECTACLE are installed with wireless door contacts. When sleeping at night or away from home, you can also activate this System. Any intrusion will automatically trigger the alarm device where a pre- recorded warning message will be sent to your 8 different pre-set telephone numbers and the estate security centre.

To further safeguard your family members, the i-Home Automation System is also integrated with the wireless panic alarm system and childcare monitoring system. TV and video connection points are installed at appropriate positions in all units. Parents can choose to set cameras in their kids' bedrooms for easy monitoring via the latest Samsung Uasis Kitchen LCD TV. Elderly members of your family can carry the wireless panic alarm all over your home. A single push of a button is all that is needed to connect to your mobile phone, the pre-set phone number and the management office in the event of an emergency. This will maximize the time for rescue.
