Henderson Land Development Company Limited, one of
the major property developers in Hong Kong, launches
its long-awaited Grand Waterfront project in To Kwa
Wan recently. An over HK$100 million home automation
project with Aiphone intercom products is invested in
all flats.
HKC, being the sole agent of Aiphone Co., Ltd. in Hong
Kong, is honored to be the only home automation solution
provider of the newly released Grand Waterfront. The
Aiphone intercom products and our home automation enabler
are set to integrate with electrical home appliances
to enable home automation control of lighting, air-conditioner
and curtains. Its door lock control and home security
function are enabled to trigger the alarm and automatically
report to the police when there is fire, gas leak, or
intrusion.
Nowadays, people are more eager to enhance home automation
and home security for a better lifestyle and higher living
