		2007		HKC Solutions emblem was launched to reposition from telecommunication equipment provider to one-stop ICT solutions provider The Group Acquires 70% of interest of Wavex Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore


		2006		HKC Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (Guangzhou Branch) was established to provide business solutions in the South China.


		2005		The Circle retail chain has expanded its scope to the Malaysian market.


		2004		HKC International (M) Sdn Bhd was established to provide sales and distribution of mobile phones in Malaysia.


		2003		ASCT Technology Company Limited was established to provide communications system modernization, extra low voltage integration services and technical support in China. HKC International (Thailand) Limited was established to provide sales and distribution of mobile phones in Thailand.


		2002		HKC Technology Limited was established focusing on the research and development of telecommunications products. The Group launched the Circle retail chain in Hong Kong, responsible for the sales of branded mobile phones and other electronics products.


		2001		The Group was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 248). HKC Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established to provide business solutions services in the East China region.


		2000		The Group obtained the distribution right for NEC office telephone systems in Hong Kong.


		1997		The Group became the authorized distributor of Nokia mobile phones and began its mobile phone distribution business in Hong Kong.


		1985		The Group developed telecommunications equipment trading business in China.


		1984		The Group became a full service distributor by establishing sales force, customer service, installation and technical teams.


		1975		Singapore Communications Equipment Co., (Pte) Limited was established to be responsible for the sales and distribution of business solutions in Singapore.


		1970		The Group was incorporated under the leadership of the late Mr. Chan Ching Kwok, the founder of the Group and the father of Mr. Hubert Chan and Mr. Roy Chan. The Group became the sole agent of a Japanese brand Aiphone in the intercom telephone systems in Hong Kong. The Group became the exclusive distributor of a Japanese brand Nitsuko in the office telephone systems in Hong Kong.
