Mr.
CHIU Ngar Wing
Aged 56, is a practising accountant. He is
an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute
of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
and a fellow member of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a director
of T.C. Ng & Co. CPA Ltd. and has been
practicing in the firm for more than 20 years.

CHU Chor Lup
Aged 57, is a practising doctor. He is a fellow
of Hong Kong College of Physician and Hong
Kong Academy of Medicine and Royal College
of Physician (Glasgow). He has been the member
of the Hospital Governing Committee since
1997.
Dr. George Leung
Aged 61, is a practicing dentistry in Hong Kong for 30 years. He is a Doctor of Dental Medicine of University of Philippines, Fellow of International College of Dentists and Member of Faculty General Dental Practice, Royal College of Surgeons of England (UK) . He has held posts of Chairmanship of various committees in the Hong Kong Dental Association Limited and also a past president of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island East.
